Acts 3:25 You are sons of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying to Abraham, And in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed.

Abraham was the father of faith. God called Him to leave all he knew to a land He would give him, make a nation from him. He had his many snags in his faith but went. Because of his obedience, we are blessed. We learn and follow after the same faith as he, the same Lord. God linked faith through Abraham and we are only blessed as we walk in that same faith as Abraham did. God called one man, to make a nation, to bless the world. To think, credit for my faith is traced to Abraham.
