Consume Gods Word?

Jeremiah 15:16 Your words were found, and I ate them,

And Your word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart; For I am called by Your name, O LORD God of hosts.


His word was never lost, but I was! I put His word on a shelf, or away from common use. But then, His Spirit began to do something really cool in my heart. After being born again, I consumed His word at record pace. I completely read the word in less than a year, before I was saved, I barely got thru a chapter. I soaked the word as a sponge. My joy was overflowing due to all this newfound revelation of Jesus. I believe I was called long before this point, yet now, I learned I was called by the Lord. What deep truths & revelations Jeremiah aquired. What depths we can go in Christ as well. I wont settle for surface stuff, I want to press into the Holy of Holies.
