Death to Life

Luke 24:7 The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.

Jesus said this multiple times. Jesus must be handed over to be crucified. Not for Himself, so why? For us! His perfect sinless sacrifice for us. The grave couldnt keep Jesus! He knew He would rise the 3rd day. This statement is the most sorrowful yet most wonderful ever made. To know what our Lord went through for us yet the victory He had for us also. Through His death brought life.
