Do you know Him?

1 John 3:6 Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him.

This is a difficult passage. I find it best to understand the obvious first. Whoever lives in Jesus does not sin. He ceases the practice of sin is better understanding. Who ever remains in sin, after the Spirits conviction, hasnt quit known Him yet. This isnt a falling to sin, a slip up, but the active participation and practicing of that sin. I would say, I sin but I dont like it. I dont practice it. I get it washed in His blood.
