Dont love the worlds ways!

1 John 2:15 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.


The world here is not people, it is the systems or lures in this world. This is a good lit mus test. As I grow in my relationship with Christ, my desire for this world fades. If I was given a choice to work overtime or do any sort of ministry unto the LORD, the ministry wins out everytime. There is no question. Money comes & goes but ministry offers eternal dividends. I have literally walked away from & turned down many lucrative deals because they conflicted with ministry. Guess what??? I havent missed a cent! How freeing when money doesnt control you. He always provides more than I ever let go of!
