Dont seek love from this world!

Jacob would reap the deception he sowed earlier. He gets played by Laben. There is 2 sisters to choose from. Rachel catches his eye.

Gen 29:15 Then Laban said to Jacob, “Because you are my relative, should you therefore serve me for nothing? Tell me, what should your wages be?

16 Now Laban had two daughters: the name of the elder was Leah, and the name of the younger was Rachel.

17 Leah’s eyes were delicate, but Rachel was beautiful of form and appearance.

18 Now Jacob loved Rachel; so he said, “I will serve you seven years for Rachel your younger daughter.”

Almost everyone feels bad for Leah, how rough life was to her as men compared her to her sister. Jacob "loved" Rachel! Meaning, Leah who? Jacob wouldnt work 7 yrs for Leah. Truly, Leah would hold the qualities and character that changes the world around her. She had every chance to be bitter and hate life. Instead, God highly favors her. She bore Judah, in the line of the Messiah, Jesus! Not to shabby if you ask me. Jesus loved her beyond any man. The LORD knows our every cry and every tear.
