Either God is real or not!

1 Thessalonians 1:9 For they themselves declare concerning us what manner of entry we had to you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God.

Paul came to them in word & power. They talked the talk and walked the walk. The gentile world never witnessed such passionate godly men. However, what use is a gospel that cant multiply, cant be duplicated? These gentiles also received and believed the gospel. Thus their lives exhibited fruits of righteousness. This is ALWAYS the case. The only logical response was to forsake them worthless idols, who couldnt help them, and toward the living God, who radically changed them. He gave them a new heart, new godly desires. They simply shared their newfound faith. This process is still taking place today. Give me Jesus! I dont ever want to settle for some worthless idol.
