Follow Christ

1 Corinthians 11:1 Imitate me, just as I also imitate Christ.

The word imitate is mimetes, mimic. Follow in a way that is the same. Since at this time, Jesus ascended to heaven, His Spirit was poured out upon His church. Paul, being filled with Gods Spirit, imitated Jesus. Those were to imitate Paul so long as he reflected Christ. If he, or anyone departs from this standard, stay the course upon Jesus! This age we live of great apostasy, once great movements of God, many no longer imitate Christ. They chase after this worlds pleasures. Please, Dont follow in that! A good leader enforces this principle.
