God is Love

1 John 4:14 And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son as Savior of the world.

15 Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.

16 And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.


We have seen & testify that God has sent His Son. Exactly correct! Because of our changed lives orchestrated by the Father through Jesus by the power of the Spirit. No other but Jesus has ever brought lasting change, as He promised us. Here is another simplistic characteristic of God, in that "God is love". The world cant, wont if it could, impart this unconditional love as Jesus has and does. I have truely been able to love people, but only because Christ 1st loved me, and has modeled that type love to me. Im not a loving person by nature. Ive got evidence, pictures, before Jesus. Not my brightest moments and I will leave it as that. BUT JESUS! Thank You LORD for Your great love.
