Matthew 27:50 And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and yielded up His spirit.

51 Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom;


It was finished! The righteous requirements of the law was fulfilled in Jesus. He took upon Himself the worlds sin. He fulfilled the law. Then a number of truly amazing literal things happened, one being the tearing in two this 18" thick veil from top to bottom. This was truly symbolic for God taking the wall of seperation between Him and fallen man, away. Man could never approach God, nor tear this veil from bottom to top. Thru Jesus alone, its gone! Come on in through His blood. I assume some priests tried to fix this veil. Tried to alter what God had done. Cant do that! Thank you Father for taking the veil away so I can see your wonderful face, that of love and compassion, grace and joy! The one You always had toward use, and we just now discovered!
