Healthy churches

1 Thessalonians 5:14 Now we exhort you, brethren, warn those who are unruly, comfort the fainthearted, uphold the weak, be patient with all.

All 4 of these should be a churches culture. None of these are easy nor can be done by mans initiative. Its easy to just let someone else handle it. I must, you must take upon this culture. A healthy church is only healthy because these things are carried out. The church is not a museum for saints but a hospital for sinners. We have a tremendous advantage being in the church but these things must be upheld.
