I didnt want to go there but...

2 Corinthians 12:1 It is doubtless not profitable for me to boast. I will come to visions and revelations of the Lord.


Literally "it is necessary but not profitable, to boast" about? These visions & revelations from God. He doesnt want to brag. The church was mesmerized by these "eminent apostles" that thats all they wanted to hear. Paul mentions them as, yea, I have these, but moves quickly on to a more important subject, one he wants to brag about. His weaknesses! As children of God, as servants of Christ, we to will have these great heavenly experiences, however, its the thorns in our flesh, weaknesses, that ultimately grow our relationship & fellowship with the LORD.
