Its a spiritual thing, not human logic.

Revelation 15:4 Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name?

For You alone are holy.

Who? After the eyes of our hearts are opened, who wouldnt fear You? Who wouldnt glorify You? Obviously, satans deception has blinded men spiritually to the truth of Gods love & compassion on His creation. Men fear many things that in effect, are killing them physically & spiritually, rather then just respect the LORD. The Aucas tribe of Ecuador would have never been brought to Christ had Jim & company not risked their own lives to reach out to them. They passed into eternity that day but their wives reaped the harvest of the Aucas' souls. Death is nothing to fear as a christian. Pain is just a reality this side of eternity and if we recluse ourselves to hide from or avoid it, we wont ever be where God wants us. Im thankful and amazed how Jesus, knowing the excruciating torture He would endure, continued on for the joy set before Him. I personally, realize Im nowheres close to Christ example, yet He gives me boldness to go farther than my flesh desires to tread. I have counted the cost of taking upon myself this badge of honor & being called a christian. I choose to lay my life down for the cause of Christ. Its the only logical response to all He has done for me. I cant answer the who? I can just say, LORD, I fear You. LORD, I want to glorify You in all I am.
