Jesus empowered His disciples.

Matthee 10:1 And when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease.

This is a common attribute of God. Secular leaders often, not always, seek to take away any power from men as they see it as a threat to them. Jesus empowered His disciples to minister. We cant even serve people correctly without Gods Spirit. When we are empowered by God, there are events such as this. Without His empowerment, our service is dry, weak, & uninspiring. He may not work as we think He should but He is at work on the bigger picture. I want to be plugged into the Power source all of my days. I dont want to talk about the things of God, I desire to do & live them out. Pour out Your Spirit LORD.
