Jesus for us, for all.

1 John 2:2 And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.

Jesus is our propitiation, appeasement, atonement. Only He can take our sins away. Not just ours, but all the world. None can ever say their sin is to vast for His propitiation. Jesus took my place when He hung crucified but the other side of this is that He did that for all humanity, all those who would choose to believe.
