Jesus our Shepherd

Psalm 23:1 A Psalm of David. The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

David was a shepherd. He knew who his Shepherd was. All those nights caring for sheep lead to this revelation that the Lord is his Shepherd. He is left wanting nothing. The Lord begins with giving us life, and that more abundantly. He then piles upon us blessing after blessing. We are never left wanting. Means we are fully satisfied in Him. Some wont allow Jesus to be their shepherd. They, as sheep, wonder off looking for greener pastures, but never find them. Jesus leads us to those pastures.
