Jesus: Revolutionary or Rebel?

Matthew 5:17“Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill.

18“For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.

Jesus was not a rebel against the law of God. The law serves a purpose. He came to fulfill every bit of it. Something men could never do. He had no regard for mens traditions, which really ticked off the religious leadership. He goes on to say, basically, not one crossing of the t's or dotting of the i's will be missed until He fulfills all of the law. The smallest details not overlooked. He was revolutionary yet not a wild rebel. He had a cause. You and I was the cause on His mind. He perfectly fulfilled all the law of God in His time here.
