John was great, the least is greater...

Matthew 11:11 “Assuredly, I say to you, among those born of women there has not risen one greater than John the Baptist; but he who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.


Name any person in the bible, Jesus said John was greatest. That is a huge bar. But, even more amazing is what He said next, but he who is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he. How? I suggest this, personal relationship and fellowship with Christ. I so enjoy and love my devo time with Christ. He reminds me of His promises and doesnt condemn me when I fall short. John or any before him didnt have the same relationship with the Holy Spirit as we, who are born again experience. Yes in the old testament, the Spirit filled people, but only on those selected. There was no asking to be filled by Gods Spirit. The least has the ability to ask of Gods Spirit.
