Joseph, Mary, & Jesus

Matthew 1:18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit.

These are some of the facts about our Lords birth. Mary being His mother, but Joseph wasnt His Father. Before Joseph and Mary came together physically, Mary was discovered with Child. This was a working of the Holy Spirit. Jesus could not inherit sin through this manner yet if man were His father, He would have. The virgin birth is a miraculous event that some either explain away or over come up with really wacky ideas that are unbiblical. Joseph was a just man, a man of extreme faith. Mary was an amazing young lady whom God chose to birth His very Son! The personal times she was blessed to have with Jesus, gaze into the eyes of her savior, nobody has ever come close to experiencing since, this side of eternity. Yet these are not the stars, that title belongs to Jesus. Immanuel, God with us!
