Look unto Jesus as the example

2 Corinthians 13:4 For though He was crucified in weakness, yet He lives by the power of God. For we also are weak in Him, but we shall live with Him by the power of God toward you.

Jesus came in human flesh. There is nothing glorious about this flesh. He would experience weariness, hunger, pain and the such. He came in the fraility & weakness of flesh. However, He was raised in power. To this world, we appear weak outwardly. Nothing appealing. Yet, we have the Spirit of God within moving us in power. I know by now, my flesh, what you see, is not my strength. No, but the Spirit of God is alive and works powerfully within me. So grateful God has chosen to dwell within us as believers.
