Making room for Him

Luke 2:7 And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

Its time! After hundreds, even a few thousand years, here came the Messiah into the word. In a palace? In a mansion? The finest accommodations? Nope, in a smelly animal stable & in a feeding trough. Any teaching that says you are entitled to the best this world has, thats a teaching not grounded. Josephs own family didnt make room for them. Oh, what we have coming our way, amazing, but now, life is difficult. As we identify with Christ, the world loves to teach us a lesson. Ive been ostracized due to my faith. We praise the Lord weather we abase or abound. Will we make room for Christ in our life? Will we press thru the misconceptions of God and view His arrival as a priviledge? Will we clear out any space needed to allow Jesus in? Ive experienced a lot due to my faith yet I have experienced a faithful God through all of it. I choose to make room for Him today.
