Peace or war?

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

God says this to Judah while they are in captivity, allowed by God Himself! If you didn't know God better, you could assume this as a contradiction. That is not the case, nor ever will be. God didnt force His people to sin! He doesnt tempt us with sin nor does He make us sin. We sin because we like it and are enticed by our own lusts. His ways, His design, His plans have always been to bless His people. He WONT force us to experience His blessings! Its my desire to think as God thinks toward me. This desire is greater now than ever before. I want to think as God thinks toward me. Im over walking my way. Living in peace is wonderful. Choice is mine, because of Jesus!
