Satisfied life?

1 John 3:17 But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?

What a challenge. All whom God has blessed, with this worlds goods, are not given those for themselves. The LORD blesses to be a blessing. This isnt talking about just closing ones heart to just anybody, its your own brother! When our own family members suffer, are burdened, and we are able to help, but dont, well, where is the love of God exhibited? I've learned, money isnt truly of any value until you use it for valuable things. Things you deem valuable. The things of value to me is the works of God. I refuse to live a life of chasing after money and if I have it, its going to count, meaning heavenly dividends. The needs on this side of eternity are never ceasing! The opportunities to open my heart and show Christ love are abundant. Now, that is a satisfying life. Kingdom building.
