Strength of being established

Psalm 93:2 Your throne is established from of old; You are from everlasting. 3 The floods have lifted up, O LORD, The floods have lifted up their voice; The floods lift up their waves. 4 The LORD on high is mightier Than the noise of many waters, Than the mighty waves of the sea.


A company boldly declares the years its been established. It means something. It has been thru depressions, recessions, many turns in the economy, yet still there. It amazes me, baffles me, how even after Im saturated in the LORDs faithfulness, how easily the floods & waves of this worlds tribulations frazzle me, cause me to fear. How? Why? I get my eyes off the One whos throne is established! He isnt movable or voted out! The winds & waves obey Him. Oh LORD God, You are mightyier than all the floods. LORD, forgive my unbelief, its You I gave my life to. Its You who has kept me. I dont care what the floods scream at me about, Im who You say I am. I will do all You set out to accomplish in me, by Your grace, I will finish the race and hear those sweet words, Good and faithfull servant, enter you into the joy of your LORD. Only because, well, Your throne is established.
