The 3rd seal, worldwide famine

Revelation 6:5 When He opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come and see.” So I looked, and behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand.

6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine.”


This next seal represents worldwide famine. Not from a lack of goods but due to hyper inflation. Interestingly, most famines arent due to a shortage of resources, but because of political munipulations. This world is corrupt to its very core and humanity suffers from it. Satan takes what is in his care and destroys it and impoverishes the people. Famine under this regime isnt just physical, it is also spiritual. This worlds systems squeeze and drain any desirefor Christ.
