The harvest is ready.

Matthew 9:37 Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few.

38 “Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”

Jesus, overlooking a field ready to be harvested, used the visual to make a spiritual point. The harvest He spoke of meant souls being born again or recieving salvation. He said they are ready, not later, but where are those labors who will go out in the fields of this world, and simply share the gospel. He says, pray and ask the LORD to send laborers out. I have found out, what He means is, He wants to prepare and send me. He doesnt invest in us just so we keep quiet. He doesnt invest in us so we dont work His fields. We have a great job to do. LORD, help me stay busy with Your business as You have been.
