Psalm 11:7 For the LORD is righteous, He loves righteousness; His countenance beholds the upright.
The LORD is right in everything. He does everything in right standings. He delights in righteousness because its the Fathers will. Righteousness and truth are the foundations of His kingdom. He looks upon the righteous, or those who willingly choose to walk uprightly, with delight and joy.
