Where is your awareness of God

Jeremiah 5:22 Do you not fear Me?’ says the LORD.‘Will you not tremble at My presence,


God asked this to a rebellious, foolish Judah. They lived life as though God didnt exist. There was no inward change. Ritualisms were still in practice. Where is the awareness of Gods presence? Where is the respect and reverence of God? Im shaken up, in a great way, at Gods presence. When I know He is in my midst, Im a mess! How do "holy people" make it by being reserved when they claim God is all about them? There is no set way to act when we are in His presence but one behavior we wont do is to go on as nothing ever happened. I know for a fact, Im not the same afterwards. Im full of joy, confidence, satisfaction. Less of me and more of Him.
