Which Righteousness do you have?

Matthew 5:20“For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven."

Who than could be righteous if the religious leadership wasn't? How does one make it to heaven? There is mans righteousness, which evaluates and measures themselves by themselves or others. This never works out. Then there is Jesus' that is proven to truly be righteousness. His is the only righteousness, or right standing with God, that we must put in our lives. Jesus upped the bar quite a bit from the gutter to the heavenlies. I can testify, as can you, I am not where I want to be but I am not where I was before Jesus. Amen.
