You are part of the crowd of folks.

Matthew 8:1 When He had come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed Him.

A very simple, but missed fact, "great multitudes followed Him". Jesus never forced, munipulated, or argued anyone to come. They came on their own. Yes, the Father drew them to Jesus, but they responded. Never underestimate what can be accomplished with a volunteer army. They personally must have felt conviction and was drawn to His love. They all were astonished at His words. As David led his 400 misfits, who came to him, Jesus leads all of us sinners and misfits who come to Him. We know its not about numbers, but these numbers are moving in the right direction. Dont think of the crowds, think of each person in that crowd that are touched by Gods Spirit uniquely. Each soul had a story and will find their completion in Jesus.
