your picked but do you pick Him

Matthew 26:14 Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests


Judas, 1 of the 12 hand picked disciples by Jesus. He knew Judas was a snake. Judas had connections to the religious leaders. I believe, he never shut that door, that later would prove deadly. Judas wasnt forced! He willingly went. I think its a stretch to think he betrayed Jesus to force His hand against His enemies! Nope, Judas was a thief and would be satan possessed. Only one other is recorded to have this trait, the antichrist. God will never force us to trust Him. He allows us the liberty too! May I be reminded of Judas, when events in my life dont measure up to my expectations of how God is to work. He is God alone. He is LORD and Master. Just because He picked me, doesnt mean Im exempt of my choosing Jesus. As Job stated, even though the LORD slay me, I will still serve Him. What faith and devotion Job had unto His God and He had less revelation than I do now.
