Your will be done

Colossians 1:9 For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding


Paul prayed for this church to know Gods will for them. This is of upmost importance. Do I really want Gods will done? Well that is evidenced in what I yield too. His will isnt easy, yet it is satisfying. I mean, to actually walk with Jesus in the power of the Holy Spirit! It doesnt get better than this. Some dont grow because they already have their agendas & plans set in stone. Lord, please, I invite You to mess up my plans if my plans dont line up with Your will for me. I pray this everyday, Lord help me to know Your will for me today and obey it. This has opened up my awareness of Him.
