Do I See People As Jesus Does?
Matthew 9:36 But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd.
Jesus is like no other. We all have certain folks we really are fond of and we tolerate more than others. In this small circle, we would do about anything for them. Yet, Jesus looks at all His humanity, and is moved with the greatest motivational centers known, compassion. He looks past all the deceptions man has about being self sufficient, the supposed needs of men, the fake walls men have built up, and sees men as lost, weary, scattered without a shepherd! Men without Jesus wonder around aimlessly in dangers all around. Jesus sees them as sheep and He is the only good Shepherd.
Now, I love to teach Gods word, its a great joy He placed in me. I love evangelism, sharing my faith and the gospel of Jesus. I love the prophetic utterances He has given me from time to time. I love the powerful displays of Gods healing touch in many lives I have personally witnessed and been a part of, very small sliver I must say. Yet the greatest gift He has given me as a ministry is a true shepherds heart as His. He has blessed me with the ability to see people as He sees them. This has only intensified the other ministries I previously have been a part of until this day. In fact, I dont have those unless I am graced with compassion that only Jesus gives. I dont care to win battles, or make a name for myself, though my flesh fights me on this, I simply want to journey through this life feeling what Jesus felt and moving as Jesus moved, in compassion! Im really not interested in religion or what perks it brings. Help me to always view others as You LORD! I know that as I live this way, You will further Your mission until the day you Appear again. My prayer is simple, break my heart in what breaks Yours.

When the Lord enables a person to see as He sees, He gives us that wonderful grace of compassion and mercy for others. As much as I am for education and learning throughout life, only the Lord God can fill us with His Holy Spirit and instill in our hearts love, compassion, mercy and grace for others.
Amen Sondra! What have we truly achieved in life if we did those things without Gods heart & eyes of compassion? I want to see people how Jesus sees them and be moved with compassion for them. I know after that, everything will be done with the proper motivation.
