2 Peter 2:2 Follow them
2 Peter 2:2 And many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed.
False teachers desire you follow after them, not Jesus Christ. Its a dead giveaway many overlook. No man has the ability to lead another man into life. Only Jesus, the conqueror of death, can lead us to life. I have nothing you need to be sustained. But I know a Man who does! I will seek to point Him to everyone for He has fully satisfied me. False teachers haven't experienced Jesus this way, thus must force or manipulate others into what they believe. No man can ever measure up to Christ' standard. And when they fail, they leave others questioning and cursing God, not them. I've witnessed to much of this foolishness in my life. Let me just tell you as clearly as I can about me, I am a wretched sinner saved by Gods grace. I have lots of flaws. I need Jesus more now than ever before. I am a beggar of bread but found the Bread of Life, Jesus! Anyone not pointing to Jesus as the Savior, and points to themselves or others, are false teachers.

The effectiveness of false teachers is devastatingly real. Any step away from the Gospel of Jesus Christ can lead people astray for eternity.

nI recognize my need for Jesus more now than ever before. I cling to Him as the Living Word, the written Word in Scripture and the faithfulness of the Holy Spirit. The only true way to the Father who loves us beyond measure. I'm just a flawed sinner saved by Grace. The Lord is infallible. Sadly, I am not, but I am like you, clothed in His righteousness.
