Have you come to the Masters Table?
Songs of Solomon 2:4 He brought me to the banqueting house,And his banner over me was love.
Growing up, I was a very very picky eater. My hunger was not due to neglect but from my own doings. I don't ever remember doing without even with a large household of 8 people. Our Father invites us to feast with Him. He actually loves including us. He will not force us. Many Christians are full of spiritual junk food or snacks, or even, like I was, very picky people thus will never ask to sit at Jesus' table! They will never partake of the very One who will fully satisfy their soul. David experienced this table of the LORD. Psalm 23:5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.
Why would I ever live one more day in defeat and fear when my Jesus has prepared a table before me in the midst of my enemies? I cannot wait for the marriage feast of the Lamb to come! Oh happy day! I do notice, Gods word says, He brought me to the banqueting house! He has called me. May we feast today on Your goodness.
