How Powerful is Gods Word
Acts 27:25 Therefore take heart, men, for I believe God that it will be just as it was told me.
The ship Paul Is on is being shipwrecked by the storm. But God spoke to Paul. God told Paul long before this, He was sending him to Rome. Since Paul wasn't there yet, Gods word is still active. Oh how I want to have this type of faith. I mean, like all the time faith. Since God said it, that settles it. Paul would at least go to Rome. I believe God or I don't! I trust He is truthful or I don't. What God says, will always come to pass. Not one word God ever gave, fell to the ground void. God says to me, I love you and have given My only Son to you so you can come be with Me in heaven for all eternity. My grace is sufficient for you. So, I believe God. I believe His word is true. I lay my trust upon what He has done and said to me. Oh how sweet to trust in Jesus!
