Many False Christs will come
Matthew 24:23 “Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There!’ do not believe it. 24 For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 25 See, I have told you beforehand. 26 “Therefore if they say to you, ‘Look, He is in the desert!’ do not go out; or ‘Look, He is in the inner rooms!’ do not believe it.
This world has seen hundreds of false christs & even more false prophets since Jesus said this some 2000 yrs ago. Please notice something about the true Christ, Jesus, when He came, He never drew attention to Himself! He never said, hey, Im God now listen up! He just was God & did everything only God could do! These guys will market themselves. They claim to be Gods man! They will even be granted to do great signs & wonders to deceive folks. We better not be chasing after signs & wonders as Christians! Jesus told us that signs & wonders will follow us believers! I find it fascinating that after all the botched prophecies of the Jehovahs witnesses, they stopped saying when Jesus will return, thank you very much, but then said Jesus came back secretly and is in a secret room in broklyn New York at the watchtower? Really? This has been well documented! They are false prophets and don't have the true Christ!
Jesus has not come back yet, though He will. Yet He is closer than we think. He is in our hearts & lives! He wants to come into anyones life who invite Him.

nSigns and wonders have happened and will continue to happen. I admit some of my focus has been on the signs. Waiting for the next sign. Which means it is getting closer for Jesus' return. That's not necessarily a bad thing, however, focussing on signs will not change anything, in the same way worrying about tomorrow will change tomorrow.

So true! Jesus speaking to the religious leaders in Matt 16 stated to them, you can discern the signs of the sky but why cant you discern the signs of the times? Will giant hail stones weighting 100 lbs that will fall from the sky save anyone? Will a 10.0 earthquake cause someone to drop to their knees and receive Jesus? No! But if the Father draws them, opens their eyes whom the devil has blinded, then they can receive Jesus. We spend more time with Jesus and let the power of Gods Spirit confirm a living walk with signs and wonders that will follow.
