Direct Opposite Commands

Have you ever had two leaders give you two different commands?  I have, and what horrible spot to be placed.  They wont turn on each other for their contradiction, but one will demand why you did not follow thru.  Saul and the priests of the LORD are not on the same sheet of music.

1 Samuel 14:36 Now Saul said, “Let us go down after the Philistines by night, and plunder them until the morning light; and let us not leave a man of them.” And they said, “Do whatever seems good to you.”Then the priest said, “Let us draw near to God here.”

Saul says, Go fight!  The Priests say, lets pray and wait upon God.  Listen, its rather simple.  We must ALWAYS seek the LORD, pray unto our Father but when He speaks & gives clear direction, we GO and obey.  Our flesh & pride works against us often pushing us to actions based off yesterdays victories.  Oh, I got this!  Wise words: 1st pray, then obey.
