Do you recall how you received Jesus?
Revelation 3:2 Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die, for I have not found your works perfect before God. 3 Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and repent. Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you.
If I find my faith dead and lacking the Spirits leading, I must take note of this word by Jesus to Sardis. Remember the point I received Jesus and welcomed His Spirit and how I listened by responding to His word. See, thats the problem we deal with in the flesh. We get away from the life giving actions we once took that made our relationship vibrant and alive. Our doubt was lessened and we had faith in Gods word. We responded to His word in humility. We was sorrowful of our sins. We received Him with childlike faith. This is the way to come back alive in the Spirit. I pray you are experiencing Christ & walking in His Spirit today, alive in Him.
