Who Can Stand?
Revelation 7:1 After these things I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, on the sea, or on any tree.
The last question we left off with in chapter 6, who is able to stand? The obvious answer is nobody yet those in Christ will stand. We will stand in heaven with these angels because of God. However, here in chapter seven, we will have two more groups. The 144,000 Jewish believers as well as the multitudes of gentile saints. Both of which did not stand for Christ before the Rapture of the church is why they find themselves in the Great Tribulation. But God is so very good! He desires none to perish.

I believe that “whosoever” that is sealed or identified with God are protected from His wrath and are ultimately safe in heaven. The four angels was held back until God’s servants can be sealed on their foreheads. These seals signifies God’s ownership and protection over these individuals. They belong to Him.
