Be Working for the Kingdom, Jesus is Coming
Luke 12:35 “Let your waist be girded and your lamps burning; 36 and you yourselves be like men who wait for their master, when he will return from the wedding, that when he comes and knocks they may open to him immediately.
This isn't a stressful requirement, this is a lifestyle of thanksgiving for a God who has love us and given us promise to return for us.
We are to be about our Fathers business of the gospel. Jesus will be coming soon and there is no time to waste. Souls are in the balance. I have committed my life to Jesus Christ over 30 years ago and the life I now live is for Him. When He comes a knocking, I will not keep Him waiting outside. Obviously, this is a figure of speech. We know that we will meet Jesus in the air on that day but the point being made is this, Jesus will not come unaware to us. I'm not sure how loud the shout will be or if everyone will hear it or not, but I will! I'm waiting for His voice and He is coming!
